Foofwa d'ImobilitéWritten by Foofwa d'Imobilité, Geneva, March 1, 2005

To whom it may concern:

In the month of January, 2005, I had the possibility to watch different classes taught by Yann Aubert. I was able to see his teaching of the classical ballet technique to his students (born in the years 1996 to 1990) and also to the Junior Swiss National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team at the Regional Center for Rhythmic Gymnastics in Geneva during one of his two weekly training days.

Written below are many things that I admired in the training of Yann Aubert.

To start, I was able to realize the quality of his teaching. The excercises were clear and concise, allowing the students to work precisely. The students, who do very little ballet in comparison to the hours they pass training rhythmic gymnasticsaux, executed the excercises with cleanliness and a posture that would make any director of a school of dance envious.

Also, I can attest to his sense of pedagogy on the basis of his capacity to obtain a high degree of concentration on the part of his students and impose a calm and friendly authority that permits the students to work in good spirits and a young and energetic atomosphere.

These elements and also others that I could mention allow me to attest to a high level of competence in the teaching of Yann Aubert.
